Composition:
Each 10ml contains;

Directions on use;
Dosage:
Adults and children over 1 year: Take 10ml (2 teaspoons) daily.
Children 7-12 months: Take 5mls (1 teaspoon) daily.
Infant 0-6 months: Take 2.5ml (1/2 teaspoon) daily
COD LIVER OIL can be taken on its own or mixed with either milk or orange juice.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
Use within 3 months of opening.
Storage:
Store below 25˚C.
