MENTORSHIP PROGRAM FOR PHARMACY TECHNICIANS

Purpose

add knowledge and skills in handling in a community pharmacy setting
Improve the dispensing practices
Learn about pharmacy business
Learn supply chain management and create career growth opportunities working with OneStop pharmacy

Our 4 months Program will introduce you to;

>OneStop pharmacy day to day operations and related technical pharmacy functions and career opportunities in the field of dispensing and business management

>It also offers a variety of focus areas in the field of pharmacy practices and assignment rotations across our businesses that is;

Community pharmacy practice, clinical pharmacy
Pharmaceutical production and quality assurance

Your Profile

Diploma in Pharmacy, Nursing, Clinical medicine and other related health science disciplines with excellent grades
Initial work experience (at least 1year)
Strategic thinking, commitment and prepared to assume responsibility to build partnership
Work corroboratively to meet shared objective
Demonstrate excellent commitment skills

Program Details

You will be assigned a variety of tasks in business operations or strategy development while contributing towards the success of pharmacy operations
You will work at any of our branches assigned to you
You will be required to provide feedback at the end of the program
You will be supported through out the program by experienced pharmacists /technicians/branch manager who will help you identify career opportunity and give you feedback on your performance
